Lebanese Barbeque Chicken

Recipe request granted;)

The Lebanese Name is Djaj Mishwi and it's very simple- but my, oh my, is it yummy...especially dipped in Hommous (Lebanese spelling;) or Tahini!

2 lbs.       Chicken breast, cut into 1- 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup    Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp.    Pepper
2 Tbsp.    Olive Oil
3 cloves   Garlic, crushed
4 small     Onions  (quartered)
2 Large     Green Peppers (cubed)

Combine lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic, mix well.  Add chicken, onions, and peppers.  marinate for 2 hours in refridgerator, making sure to turn chicken several times while marinading. (or if your me- just shake the tupperware container ever half hour or so;)

Alternate chicken, peppers, and onions on skewers.

You can also marinate the chicken breasts whole of course and BBQ. I would still use the onions in the marinade though;)
