I have a friend her in Sheboygan who is in the process of adopting a little boy with Down Syndrome from Eastern Europe. He has been in an orphanage for the first 3 1/2 years of his life, but is in danger of "aging out" when he turns 4 in February. They are eagerly trying to do everything in their power to bring him home before then.
